Media Committee Notes from July 14th Meeting
Attending: John Zaugg, Tom Valdez, Lorrie Lunnon, Linda Lewis
Tom Valdez completed the first class on studio productions
It was decided we need four to six people trained and certified for technical support.
After discussing the plan and progress to set and achieve our production goals it was decided that we need to get more talented people involved.
Tom is going to find more students for training, WTP members for Talk show productions and Educational productions.
Lorrie is going to find people for training, to do marketing and guests for interviews.
Linda is going to find students for on camera news productions and technical training.
As soon as we have people being trained and interested in being on camera, we will start to schedule interviewing and practicing lessons at DOM. The objective it to put together a team of people we can count on for productions.
The next step is to define what kind of programs, content, message, hosts, guests, and current issues we want to address and in what format.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wed. July 22nd at 10am at DOM. Everyone interested is welcome to attend.
